Peter N. Fish, Esq. has been licensed to practice law since 2004.   A graduate of Boston University School of Law (J.D. 2003), Peter began his career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Sybil R. Moses, A.J.S.C. Bergen County in 2003-2004.  This experience exposed Peter to a diverse type of Civil Litigation.

Shotly thereafter, Peter's career took him to the world of Creditor's Rights.  Over the psst 20 years Peter has demonstrated an ability to handle a high volume of collections while staying organized and getting effective results. This was highlited by managing the New Jersey office of Zwicker & Associates where Peter represented several fourtune 500 banks.  His office consistently turned in favoirable results both in and out of Court.  Peter also successfully ran an office that had outstanding employee retnention and helped to develop many employees fron no office experience to understanding the intracicies of Creditor's rights law and Civil Litigation in New Jersey.
   
Peter's newest chapter is through an affilidation with Greenblatt, Lieberman Richards and Weishoff.  In addition to working on Landlord Tenant matters for that firm.  Peter has opened the Law Offices of Peter N. Fish, Esq. to help collect on unpaid rent.

In 2025 Peter took on an in-house position at Columbia Debt Recovery a company that specializes in the collection of unpaid rent.
